Polar Star Space is a J-Startup certified company and a Hokkaido University certified startup company that develops remote sensing (remote exploration) technology.
The company builds spectral libraries using micro-satellites from space, drones equipped with hyperspectral and multispectral cameras from the sky, and smartphone-integrated spectrometers on the ground.
Especially in the field of agriculture, the above-mentioned remote sensing technology will be used to detect lesions based on spectral measurements of soil and leaves, and to support optimization of fertilizer application and pesticide use.
